A.C.H. Care Givers shop for groceries at stores of their clients’ preference and run errands, such as picking up prescriptions or going to the post office. Clients may choose to stay home or help with the shopping and errands as an excellent way to stay active and engaged. A.C.H. Care Givers will use any coupons provided.

A.C.H. Care Givers assist clients with washing and combing their hair and other grooming tasks to enable them to feel good about their appearance.

A.C.H. Care Givers will stay overnight, or at anytime with a family member in hospital or even an Assisted or Independent Living Facility when you can’t be there.

These services are done in the home or we can take to a Laundromat. This service includes ironing, finishing, and hanging, folding and putting things away. We certainly change all linens and make beds as part of our service to you.

These services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing and putting away dishes, cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, taking out trash, and straightening all rooms.

A Caring Heart, LLC. can tailor home care to each client’s needs-from a few hours a week to full-time senior care. Through our live-in home care services we provide full-time caregiving by A.C.H. Care Givers who live in the client’s home to provide in-home care on a daily basis. The client and family may designate the types of non-medical in-home care services that are to be provided.

This service gives family members peace of mind, preventing gaps in coverage for individuals who may be at risk when unattended, such as those with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia-related conditions.

Depending on each client’s needs, A.C.H. Care Givers can provide from just a few hours of service a week to full-time in-home care. Through our 24-hour senior care service, a team of A.C.H. Care Givers coordinate caregiving responsibilities in shifts around the clock. This offers clients and their families full-time peace of mind. Specific non-medical home care services can be tailored to meet each client’s needs. This type of continuous elder care service is ideal for clients who are at risk when unattended, such as persons with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions.

A.C.H. Care Givers are not allowed to administer medication, but they may remind, open and read labels, and assist on taking all daily medications. We will also document for you that these have been taken.

A.C.H. Care Givers will provide all basic necessities including; bathing, grooming, and hygiene care as desired with sensitivity that will ensure that your loved one always is comfortable and at their best. It is very important that a person feels good about themselves, and our goal is to assist in every way we can.

A.C.H. Care Givers will cook, create, or assist in preparing meals according to the needs and requirements of our clients. We can prepare meal plans on a daily or weekly basis to meet each individual’s needs.

We have the appropriate caregiver in the home that can meet the physical needs, but also assist in the emotional needs of every person we care for. We always desire to provide pleasant, encouraging care in the home. This is a high priority at A Caring Heart.

Family caregivers and those in their care can benefit from a little time off now and again. A Caring Heart, LLC. offers respite caregiving. This family care service can be scheduled as needed to provide family caregivers time to run errands, go shopping or get some much-needed rest.

A.C.H. Care Givers are trained to move and place clients in correct posture position to promote health and safety and proper functioning of the body’s many systems. Proper transferring and positioning from or into beds and chairs eliminate pressure areas on the skin, reduce weakening and stiffening of muscles, and encourage proper breathing, digestion and elimination.

A.C.H. Care Givers can provide transportation incidental to other care services, such as taking clients to Doctor’s appointments, beauty and barber appointments, social functions, shopping, or wherever else a client wants to go. Engaging with seniors out and about is good for their mind, body and spirit.

A.C.H. Care Givers will delicately and respectfully assist your loved one in this area of dependence. We know this can be an area of embarrassment if not handled with care and sensitivity and we are committed to the dignity and self-respect of each person we care for.
